Congratulations! Kennedy College has collaborated with Florida State University

On August 27, 2005 , Florida State University (FSU) successfully held an information seminar at Kennedy Toronto Campus to provide prospective students an opportunity to know more information about Florida State University and the MSIE program. Dr. James Pitts, V.P. of FSU, Dr. Chuck Zhang, Chair of the Department of Industrial Engineering of FSU and Dr. James Simpson, Professor of the Department of Industrial Engineering of FSU gave impressive and informative presentations at the seminar. A lot of prospective students showed great interest to the program and asked questions regarding courses, admission requirements, job opportunities and career development. FSU representatives gave them satisfactory answers. Many students registered right after the seminar.

The Department of Industrial Engineering is very famous and received its funding from US enterprises and governments. The research funding is approximately USD$3,000,000 for every year and most of its graduates were recruited by the well-known companies internationally.
